WHAT'S IN IT?
Our ingredients were chosen during a long process of tweaking different variations of our families’ recipes over the first eight years of operating our restaurant, Taste of Brazil, located in Kansas City. We wanted to make the BEST pão de queijo (cheese bread!). Over the years we have spent hours in the kitchen, until one magical day we arrived at what we considered to be the most top quality cheese bread, suitable to bring to your grocer’s freezer.
The magic ingredients are tapioca flour, milk, eggs, mozzarella cheese, asiago cheese, oil & salt. We will never sacrifice wholesome, quality ingredients in our cheese bread. If we did, that would mean you would not be experiencing the wonderful crispy on the outside, soft and melty on the inside traditional and authentic flavor that is Brazilian cheese bread!
